Adult English (ESL) Classes
CIANA offers new immigrants the opportunity to acquire basic English language skills in order to advocate for their families, achieve their personal and professional goals, and prepare for citizenship and civic participation.

Civics Classes
CIANA prepares future Americans for the naturalization test and interview in small classes. Our Civics classes promote a better understanding of U.S. history, government, and American institutions, and promote civic engagement.

Immigration Legal Services
CIANA’s legal program assists with completing various immigration applications, including citizenship/naturalization, adjustment of status/green cards, asylum, work permits, family petitions, DACA renewals, and fee waivers. We offer free legal consultations with an experienced immigration attorney to discuss immigration needs. Call (718) 545-4040 or contact us to schedule a free consultation.
We also provide referrals for cases related to temporary protected status (TPS), deportation, and representation in immigration court, as well as non-immigration legal cases.

Case Management
CIANA provides case management services to assist eligible individuals and families complete applications for SNAP, cash assistance, NYC Care, discounted MetroCards, IDNYC appointments, affordable and public housing, and a variety of other public benefits. We also provide information and referrals for employment and job training, WIC, and other social services.

Afterschool Homework Help Program
CIANA offers free one-on-one and small group homework help to elementary and middle school students in grades 1-8.

Workforce Development
CIANA's Workforce Development Program empowers immigrants to build meaningful, sustainable careers. We offer Digital Literacy training to master workplace technology, contextualized English classes designed for practical career use, and dedicated career and job development guidance.
